Product Specifications
Wenzlau Engineering writes detailed specifications to document product requirements. The requirements are incorporated during the design and build phase of the program and later verified using the Acceptance Test Procedure (ATP). If requested, Wenzlau Engineering will write detailed specifications on behalf of the customer.

Acceptance Test Procedures
To ensure the quality and performance of our systems, Wenzlau Engineering writes comprehensive Acceptance Test Procedures (ATPs). During the acceptance test, Wenzlau Engineering validates the product against the design detailed in the product specification and engineering drawings. Validation methods include inspection, demonstration, test, analysis, and certification.

Analysis Packages
When elaborate or specific testing is required but it is not cost effective to manufacture the test fixtures or testing equipment, Wenzlau Engineering can provide an analysis data package to validate product capabilities. These packages may include, but are not limited to analyses on structural durability, transportability, environmental integrity, human factors, thermal loads, and power requirements.

Drawing Packages
With each product, Wenzlau Engineering compiles detailed mechanical and electrical drawings to document the system build. These drawings include, but are not limited to design layouts, specification control, interface control, and manufacturing drawings.

Aircraft Flight Certification Packages
Depending on customer transportability requirements, Wenzlau Engineering can analyze a product’s air transportability capabilities. The analyses are used to gain aircraft flight certification from the US military.

Technical Manuals
When requested, Wenzlau Engineering can provide technical manuals that contain all the information necessary to properly operate and maintain a product. The manual may include the following sections: General Information, Safety Information, Operating Instructions, Maintenance and Troubleshooting, Preventive Maintenance Checks and Services, Commercial Documentation, and Diagrams and Parts Lists.
